Superior Wall XI is the Industry's first
NAHB Green-approved foundation
system.  This system uses up to 70% less
concrete in a new home.  The custom wall
assembly contributes to the overall home
insulation value and helps reduce air
infiltration into the home, potentially
lowering energy costs.  This foundation
can be set in a day.

Modular homes are built using the
same materials and framing
methods as a traditional "site built"
home. The home can be built in less
time and less time equals a
significant savings in loan interest
charges.  Modular home
manufacturers buy material in bulk
so these savings are passed onto
the home owner.  No mold, rain, ice
or snow get on the inside of your
home.
Fireplaces by Pennwood Home and Hearth are installed
on site.  Home owners can create their own design or
choose from the many options that are available.  These
are propane fireplaces that are designed for heat as well
as appeal.

    losses associated with storage
water heaters, which can save you
money.  They provide 2 -5 gallons
    of hot water per minute.

    IE; toilets, shower heads, faucets.
  • Countertops:  Composite and
    recycled materials deliver some
    interesting alternatives for counter
top selection.  Some are made from
    recycled paper and combined with
resins to form a surface that's hard
yet warmer than stone, and others
are made from recycled glass held
together with either cement or resin.
  • Windows:  High-performance Low
    E windows help improve comfort,
cut drafts and can save up to $500
    a year in energy costs.
